Need Help With Tagline And Marketing

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hello, I am setting up my website and developing marketing material for my own company after working as a contract recruiter for the past 15 years. I used to be an engineer for 10 years and then started working as a recruiter when I needed flexible hours to take care of kids etc.
The message I want to get across is that I understand the technical nature of the jobs and am able to screen candidates technically before giving them to my clients. I have been told by various hiring managers that they appreciate not having to weed through all kinds of resumes before they find someone who fits their needs.
I specialize in Information Technology Professionals, Manufacturing Engineers, Power Engineers and Executives for Technology and Manufacturing.
I also recruit for IT professionals in India - some companies have corporate offices here and offshore centers that need to be staffed there with people willing to commute back and forth. Companies are beginning to realize that offshore IT requires onshore management.
The only idea I had was " Xcellence in Global Recruiting", but I don't know if that is too generic. My company name is going to be Technical Xperts.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    Here are a couple:

    "Engineered for Excellence"

    "Engineering Excellence"

Also, you might consider adding the word "staffing" "recruiting" or "placement" into the middle of your company name, "Technical Staffing Xperts"

    Best of Luck, JohnnyB
