Tagline Need For New Composite Product

Posted by rum68br on 250 Points
I need a tag line for a new dental product. The product is a dental restorative which fills in the body of the tooth which may have disappeared. So far I have come up with fill your patients with confidence, but the manager wants some more to play around with.

Thanks

Phil is on the right track. What's in it for a dentist to use your product? What are the alternatives? Why is this a better solution? Focus on what's in it for the dentist.

If you're not sure, maybe you need to talk with a dozen dentists and ask them what they do now, what problems they see with what they're doing, what they'd like to have, and then what they think of your product concept. Let the target audience tell YOU what the most important point should be; then use that as the core of your tagline.

While you're at it, you might want to articulate (for yourself and for us) what the objective of the tagline is. Why do you want a tagline? What do you expect it to do for you? How will you (or your boss) know when the right one shows up? What are the criteria for evaluation and selection of the final tagline?
