    Dear pallavi.5682,

    If you're naming a business, do so with significance for your customer, not for you.

    Your need for the initials S and M is WAY too broad and opens you
    up to all kinds of lewd jokes to do with sadism and masochism and you don't want to go down that road UNLESS you're offering S&M HR services.
