There's nothing funny about a dirty home/business! Really - it's a pain.

Depending on what your focus will be (homes or businesses), you may want to use Jeannie Clean xxx. You answer the who and what with minimal words (and space, when it comes to marketing).

"I Dream of Clean -- services by Jeannie" might work.

Are your customers looking for funny? Or are they looking for a
cleaner? If the thing you want to be remembered for is how amusing you're missing the point of marketing.

If people are buying the notion of funny cleaners, go with it. But humour alone is not a strong enough selling proposition to base a company name on, and simply because YOU want something funny it does not follow on that people will want to buy your services based solely on the funny nature of your name.

People buy cleaning services based on recommendations, and based on the cleaning service's ability to clean, not on the strength of a name. Not what you wanted to hear I'm sure, but I'm telling you what I think.

First thing I thought of was also the tie with "I Dream of Jeannie" (Genie) Something along the lines of magic - three wishes, etc.

Maybe the key is the tag - Jeannie's Cleaning - We grant your wishes for a clean home - or something similar.
