Over a year ago, our company diversified into Medical /Legal Transcription, Medical Billing/Collections and Data Conversion. Our clients are based in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. We are a client-driven company and we focus on building trust with them. We are thinking of changing company name and since we are still in the process of rebuilding our website, we prefer not to disclose the company name and the website at the moment (our apologies!). Our clients invest on us not only because we provide collaborative approach in consultancy, moreover, we hold ourselves accountable in ensuring quality results are delivered. Additionally, since competition is getting very stiff in the BPO industry, price war has become a major challenge thus we always keep our commitment to be the “highest achievers” and “consistent performers” to our clients.
