New Tag Line Help Please

Hi There,
I came across this site whilst looking for a tagline idea on google & would really like to hear any new ideas. I am a mortgage broker from Australia, have been in business for 12 years, & I am currently looking at improving my overall branding. We have redone the business logo last week, & now need a good short punchy tag line to go with it.
The business name is Illawarra Mortgage Brokers, Illawarra being the city that I operate from, so the name does tell clients where we are & what we do, so no need to say that in the tag line. If possible I want to get a little bit away from the normal "stereotype" tag lines.
I guess I would like a " I should call these guys to get a better deal" response from people who will see the tagline, it will also be prominently displayed on our office building. I am new to trying to do something like this & would like to thank you in advance for your help. Regards, Pete

    Hi guys,
    thank you for the response, Marcus, I think that the heartland side of things is covered in the business name, as it encompasses the entire region.(NSW) Thanks for the idea though.

    most mortgage brokers should be as qualified as each other given the compulsory education & regulation involved in our industry now. So I am not sure what would set us apart from any other broker, however, my aim is always to get a client to deal with us as opposed to going directly to a lender or bank, as we will know if there is a better deal for them that is going to save them money. That is our job. So I am a little stuck with giving you a clear difference in regards to our competition (brokers).
    We basically offer a better choice through having knowlege of what is out there. I will tell you our current tagline, but it may lead away from people giving me a totally different slant that may just be the tag line im after. Our current tag line is, It is the interest you save, that interests us. Just not sure if that is a little corny.

    Thank you for the above answer, I have accepted your answer & added it to my short list of taglines, I will be adding a new post to get some feedback regarding what people think & see if I can narrow it down.

    Thanks for the suggestions Jay, I am not sure that this is exactly what I want to say but has given me a few ideas.
