Theme/tagline For 2010 Bus. Development Kickoff

I'm seeking suggestions on a theme for our Business Development Kickoff (2 1/2 days)

Our Product/services: business process and customer managment outsourcing, consulting and IT applications/services to multiple industries (utilities, retail, financial).

The team had a solid 2009 -- significant wins, growing pipeline; we need to build on this momentum!

Kickoff objectives -- teambuilding, education, strategizing, fun, understand our company/business, our differentiation.
