Tagline / Marketing Campaign For On-line Dating Website

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
After spending months on line looking for Mr. Right, I have come to accept that on line dating is not all its cracked up to be. BIG SURPRISE!

The good news is that all this internet dating experience inspired me to start my own dating website. Our target audience is rich men who want to date and perhaps marry, model- type women. I need a tag line --an exciting, playful message to get men of means to join our site. We want to speak to man's love affair / love of beauty, women, of the good life... like LIfe is Beautiful. All the ladies are the site are beautiful - all different shapes and sizes, models, former models, and model-types.

Um. You might want to do some competitive research because a well-known well-funded website fitting that target market already exisists. In fact, beautifulpeople.com kicked off 5000 after the holiday season because it came to light that had put on a few UGLY pounds. lol. Good luck.

Having done extensive research for 4 months on the industry and niche market, and having actually talked to hundreds of men on these sites about what they liked to see in a new website, (yes, there are many, many sites like what I have described)we've come up with a list of 2 dozen things they think the sites are doing wrong or badly, or not enough. So we hope to enter the marketing in about 90 days with something special.

Personally I like "Life is Beautiful", but I think it lacks depth
(Lol, as if we need that). When I think of this tagline, I picture a beautiful woman, amazing coastline, exotic car, happy couple, etc in a series of ads. How do we build on this simple idea of beauty. I am looking for a similar tagline, something that we can then make into a compelling, visual playground ( marketing campaign) that speaks to rich men. Thank you all for your comments and ideas.
