Steakhouse Tagline Needed

We are looking at repositioning our steakhouse as the city's "best steakhouse" We want something catchy but not cheesy. Can anyone give us some taglines that may work. Please note, it doesn't necessarily have something about being the best in the tagline. Just something related to steak like a nice play on words.

    How about a play on a steak's doneness such as:

    A steak this good is rare.
    Our steaks are well done.

    Do others claim you're the "best steakhouse"? If so, say so in your marketing. If not, here are a couple of ideas:

    Tracy, I like the direction of your first idea. I may try to tweak it slightly.

    Jay, no one has said we are the best, we are just trying to position ourselves as that. I like your first idea, however we are slightly more upscale so people might take it the wrong way. I will show it to the others.

    Phil, the name of the restaurant is one of the partners last names so repeating a word will not be an issue

    Derek,

    If you're upscale, you can make it into a bit of a supperclub atmosphere and call it "The Sizzle Experience" or "The Sizzle Encounter" or to play with Tracy's: "The Rare Sizzle"
