Where are you located? Where are your clients?

What do you really mean by "web solutions?" What is it you actually DO?

What makes you different from (and better than) all the other folks out there offering different kinds of "web solutions?"

It would also be helpful if we knew the NAME of your company, so the tagline could support or punctuate the benefit promise in your name. (You do make a benefit promise, right?)

What is it you want the tagline to communicate? How will you know if we come up with a winner? What criteria will you use to evaluate our suggestions. If we know that, there's a better chance we can help.

I am located in Mumbai? My clients are corporates and Retail institution from India and overseas. Web solutions means i do work into website designing and development. I even do e-learning projects and develop customized software for the companies. Name of my company is IIWS (Industry Integrated Web Solutions).

Since your company name doesn't say what you do, your tagline needs to describe it simply. For example:

A Website and Customized E-Software Company
    Specializing In Retail Web Solutions

I read into the local culture to delve...

The Thomas Cook Holidays call themselves as Holidaywallahs in India...the wallah/s is a suffix added to anything to indicate his job/trade/etc...paint-wallah, shop-wallah, so you get the drift!

Why don't you seriously position yourself as the 'Webwallah'

The suggestion what you have given is good. But the Web wallah doesn't seem to be professional. I want to extend my business to overseas as well, so i dont think so this a good idea for using this tag line.
