Need A Name And Tag Line - Kids Party Planning

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
We are starting up our own Kids party planning business and need a name and catchy tag line for it. Both my name and my husbands name starts with an A and we are both very creative. When I think of our new business words such as imgination, magic, stars and fairy dust comes to life. But I need the word and tag line to be powerfull and not "airy fairy". Can you help?

let's tweak it a bit and escape from the regular. Its for kids. And their party. And we need a name that's pretty easy to remember.

    How 'bout

    A 4 Party

It definitely is n ot ur run of the mill. It creates curiosity to the kids as Afor something else...You know!

Hope this earns me my 2 points!!!

    The other routes are

    Yippee
    magikarpet
    etc.

What age kids? Small children's parties are very different from teenagers'.

What type of party? If you're bringing in clowns and magicians, that's a different vibe than if you're bringing in science experimenters.

Where are you located? Perhaps a name including your geographical region would be appropriate.

What price budget are you targeting? A high-end shindig or a basic cake & games party?

Remember your name needs to appeal to the parents (who are paying for the party), not the children.

I don't want to limit myself with only doing small kids parties, but at first that is what I will focus on, but I would like to expand to other parties and events as well.
I'll include in the parties whatever the parents request, i.e. various entertainment.
I will cater for all price ranges as I will offer different packages priced differently, but will also be able to custom make it according to the clients needs.

I don't think I would like to include the area in the name as that might just limit me.

You're erring in the direction of being too general, and that's going to hurt your marketing effort. The best names and taglines are very specific to a narrow target audience.

If you can communicate effectively with parents of kids 2-6 in a 10 mile radius, that would be ideal. They're easier to reach, which means it will cost you less to generate awareness. And it will ensure that your message and offer are a bull's-eye for that target.

You're always better off getting 100% of a small audience than 0.0001% of a huge one. (It costs a lot less too.)

See if you can narrow your target. Otherwise the name/tagline are going to be somewhat "generic" and probably less effective at communicating the benefit of using your services.

Thanks, that does make a lot of sense. So let's say I'll be doing parties from 1 year olds to 10 year olds.
