Tagline For A Money Management Education Provider

Posted by rimagico on 250 Points
Hi,
I am looking for a tag line for a website which provides a money skills education course for young adults (college age).
The website is MoneyManagement101.org

Many of the viewers of the site and purchasers of the training course are concerned parents, who are buying the money skills course for the 17 - 23 year old kids. The course's intent is to ensure young people learn the essential skills needed to handle their money matters, and therefore avoid the common problems so many kids fall into.

Thanks

How will people find your site? Is the primary target audience the parents or the young adults? The more we know about this audience the better able we'll be to come up with a good tagline.

Have you come up with any good ways to segment your audience, or are all parents/young adults pretty much the same for your purposes? How do you define the benefit the purchaser will realize? (Example: If the parent is the primary target, what's in it for them to purchase? What's the emotional payoff?)

The website isn't what's there today, is it?

The current format is extremely copy-heavy ... essentially a blog. If you're going to stick with that as your landing experience, you don't need a tagline. You need a well-thought-out landing page, with a very clear call to action. Simply adding a tagline, no matter how good it is, is truly rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

The current landing page does not concisely outline your key benefits of your program, Or what you would like some one to do. e.g. make an enquiry.

Try to focus on these and remove anything else that does not need to be there.

As for a tag line you could try - Making sense of your dollars

    Regards
