Need Name And Tagline For Oceanfront Community

Urgently require name and tagline for new oceanfront development. Finished project will provide quality built detached homes and condos in a planned community style living enviroment. Some will be waterfront and most will have ocean view. NOT a seniors village, this will be marketed to 45 years plus market...people who want to escape the city and move into a beautiful home, surrounded by nature...forest, walking trails, and beach.
Property is aprox 300 acres, of which 50% will remain as protected parkland. It is located 20 mins out of the nearest city. A marina is planned, as is a small amount of retail for the convienience of the homeowners.
As of now, the developers do not want the words 'Village' or 'Bay', in the name or tagline as neighbouring property has used this already.

    The brief is clear: it can literally own up to its name as its 300 acres, and the 45 plus market are the well settled healers who are looking at enjoying the fruits of their labor, the way they like...

    Thanks for all the ideas so far...heres another hint, the property is well known for it's abundance of Cedar trees....
    Ocean, beach, cedars, eagles...hmmm

    Why do you need help, exactly? Sounds like the place could name itself. Or at least it could adopt any of two thousand variations on the good ideas Brent has provided. Development names are generally pretty ironic--referencing either a lifestyle that exists only in black and white re-runs of Father Knows Best or the environment it supplanted (if I were cranky I'd say destroyed). If you want happy 40 somethings, offer to 'donate' 5,000 for each home sold to some local ecological effort--saving raptors,planting cedar trees, cleaning up the shoreline. Think of it as a sort of carbon offsetting. They'll feel great about it, and it might make up for the clearcuting that made their new home possible.
