Turning A Hobby Into A Business-help With Tagline

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
I am turning my hobby into a business. I create handmade invites, mostly weddings. The name of the business is Shan's Creations. I try to create something unique, elegant, classy, and fun. I cater to the bride's wishes. Also give them a reasonable rate. Im seriously needing help creating a tagline. If anyone can please help me with the tagline, I would greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

RSVP ... Really Special, Very Personal

You need something in your tagline that tells people what you do or why they might want to take a look. Your name doesn't do that at all, so it's essentially a communication throw-away.

Instead of Shan's Creations, how about "The Invitation Source" or something like that? (What's a "Shan?" And what does he/she "create?")

Don't use both. Too many words/thoughts to explain. Get it right the first time. Changing a website or reprinting business cards is trivial when compared to getting the name right.

And I would make the business cards look like mini-invitations, with a fold and "book" style, with an invitation font of some kind and lots of wedding imagery.

"Invite the World...you'll want them to see these"

I am new at all this but love thinking of these. Good luck to you.
