Incentive Program Name

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi,
I provide communications support for a few contact centers in a medical device company. We are launching a pay for performance incentive program and I am having a tough time coming up with a name for it. I was thinking Performance Payola...but that's all I got. Any ideas?

What are you rewarding - speed? upsells? sales?
Are you sure that $ is the best way to incentivize your employees?
What happens AFTER the program - how/why will employees continue to perform?

    Hi,
ASVP thanks for the response and suggestions!

Jay Hamilton-Roth, good questions. The program pays for a balance of productivity and quality. We already measure productivity quite well, since the systems used have reporting imbedded into them.
Money and time off are the best ways to incent our employees - we've asked this question and consistently get those two options as top requests. Unfortunately, time off isn't a viable option due to staffing constraints.
This is a quarterly ongoing program, so there's no 'after the program issue'. The metrics are measured by a quality measurement program.

Let's play it simple; what do you want the emloyee to do? Perform.

Which means the performer gets rewards. So call the programme that...

    Assuming company name is ABC...

your programme is ABC PERFORMER: Incentive scheme.
