Need Tagline For First Time Buyers. I Am A Realtor

I am a realtor creating a marketing plan to target first time home buyers. I am trying to use the theme of Magic or magical in my marketing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    (Aside: I'm not sure what "magic" has to do with one of the biggest financial investments/responsibilities will undertake. In some ways, it makes something so important seem so trivial.)

    My thoughts around the "magic" theme was to convey to a first time homebuyer the fact that through my experience, expertise and knowledge of that market, they would feel "taken care of" and to them it would be like a magical experience that something so stressful can actually be fun and exciting if you have the right person by your side----maybe "magic" isn't the right word to get that message across. All the comments I received were very helpful in formulating a message to my buyers and also prompted me to possibly expand more on the concept.
