Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I am the incoming president for the Junior League in my city. I am in need of a tagline for my term that motivates & inspires. Junior Leagues are an international women's organization. Our national organization's tagline is "women building better communities" which we also use at a local level. Our mission is "...an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers." I would really appreciate your help and expertise in developing a tagline. Thanks!
