thanks. to go deeper, we are creating a fun atmosphere similar to many places in portland, but bringing it to a much smaller town. The waffles are on the go and stem from numermous waffle wagons in portland, but were bringing it indoors in a small, cozy location. we are also partnering with a barista to offer coffee. the waffles themselves are actually served like a taco with numerous combinations inside. they should buy from us because we offer the only fast service breakfast besides a few fast food establishments. our weekend crowd should come for an upbeat atmoshere with feel-good youthful music, couches, at a very low price. we are also considering late night on weekends because of our proximity to local bars where there is no food options.

I like Phil's approach. You clearly want to have the word "waffle" in the name, and you need the "fun/energy" communication as well. Repeating the word and adding exclamation points does that very well.
