Who is your primary target audience? Where are they? What is their most important unmet need? What are you trying to communicate with the name? What makes you different from others in this business? Why should someone buy from you? What is the unique positioning benefit you deliver?

If we're going to help you out with a name, we need to have some information about your target audience and what you want the name to communicate. Otherwise any nonsense name will do just fine.

My initial reaction to the names you've suggested is pretty negative. Mostly I don't understand what they are trying to communicate. Way too esoteric.

The one I think is worst of all is "Leakwall," because it specifically registers the very thing you're trying to prevent -- a leak. Names should not have the negative in them, or people will just remember that, not the fact that you prevent it.

    What's your company's name?
What other products do you sell? To who?
    Running for what OS?
Is this simply a form of backup software or is there some intervention that you prevent data loss by proactively ensuring all the hardware/software is performing to spec?

    (A lot) More information, please.

I just took a quick look at the site, and I can't find a benefit! It's all about your product, not about the benefits that your [prospective] customer might expect. And a lot of dense "gray" copy too.

Maybe you can go back to the questions I asked earlier and give us some idea of who is in your primary target audience and what important need of theirs you are trying to address.

    Here they are again:

I read that copy on the website. So what's the benefit? What big problem do you solve for the target audience? What's the "elevator pitch?" What you've quoted is just a lot of words describing the product.

Try the "So what?" test. Read a paragraph of your description, and then ask "So what?" See if you can answer that. Then ask yourself again, "So what?" Repeat until you reach the top of that benefit ladder.
