Names For A Bakery, Croissant Specialty

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
My Husband and I are opening a bakery that sells all kinds of croissants and baguettes, also other delectable sweets like flan and tarts. We'll have from butter croissants to chocolate to cheese and ham croissants. We'll also have different flavor baguettes like garlic and rosemary. We'll also have brewed coffee. My husband is French so it will a little bit of that french flare. However we don't want to market it so much as "french" since it will in Texas.

Any suggestions on a name and tagline?
Thank you!

Thank you for all your replies!
We were thinking not to put French words that people here may not recognized. There was one lady who couldn't pronounce the word "baguette"! So "masion" and "Boulangerie" I think would be confusing to those who do not know French words. We had thought to keep it simple but catchy. We'd like to mainly focus on our vast variety of awesome croissants and baguettes.
