Real Estate Slogan

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I'm new Realtor and I'm trying to come up with a catchy slogan that people will remember me by. My last name is Lynch and thought about make a jingle with it but not sure if this is the right way to go or not. I feel with my friendly and outgoing personality I don't need to stress this point as it's just who I am. I work for a firm that is the town's oldest agency. Does anyone have any ideas to make me stand out? Thanks.

Instead of looking at words for a jingle, start by figuring out why a prospective client might want to work with you? Who is your primary target audience? What do they want/need? Why are you the right realtor for them? What unique and important benefit do you provide?

If you can't get the substance of your slogan clear in your own mind, then it's guaranteed that the words or jingle won't be very compelling or persuasive for your target audience.

One way to start is by identifying your ideal client. Be very specific. Age? Demographics? Psychographics? First time home buyer or relo or retiree/downsizing? Condo or single family? Or commercial?

The more targeted and specific you can be, the better chance you have of communicating a clear positioning in your slogan. And that's what you want to do. Realtors who want to be everything for everyone usually do a lousy job of saying anything meaningful to anyone.

My target audience is between 20-60 years of age. I live and work the area where I'm doing the real estate and a my "full time job" (farm insurance underwriter, I have a very extensive insurance background) is also in the same town. I am very friendly, outgoing and very people orientated.
