Is the name of your company "Your Savvy Assistant"? (If not, what is it?)
Why would someone want to hire you? What can you do for them that they can't do for themselves? Why should they trust you with their financial information?
Also, if you won't do payroll, what will you do for them?

Jay's questions. Can you help us understand what you do and who (exactly) your target audience is?

And can you narrow your target audience for us? Surely you don't want to serve all small businesses with 24 employees or less. There are millions of those, and it will cost you a fortune to create awareness among all of them.

I will be focusing on helping small business do any of the following, Data Entry, Power Point Creation, Presentation Creation, General Bookkeeping, I can include payroll but I do not like doing it. I also will help with personal tasks, appointment setting, customer relations, follow up with prospects, sending mail, letters and or emails, maintaing databases, etc.

Not bad Phil,

I think my target market may be women but I am not sure yet.

I would enjoy working with small businesses that are busy enough to hire someone but are not ready to make that leap yet.

I was thinking something along the lines of
Simple, Fast, Effective Solutions for your business.
or
Several Needs...One Solution.
