Clever Tag For Nwslttr For Alt Women's Retail Str

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Women's retail store caters to 30 and up. Sophisticated, worldly, gets into funky stuff and does not take themselves seriously. I'm aiming to send out a bi weekly newsletter to remind existing customers I'm still here (oy!) and attract new ones w helpful info for dressing and w info rgarding new arrivals. Important to capture the baby boomer customer who can appreciate great fabric and stitching and not into disposable clothing. My aim is to let them know u can buy great without spending a fortune too. Need to appeal to the soft market. Thnks.

    Where?

30+ sure covers a broad audience. It's going to be hard to be relevant to all of them at the same time. Who's the primary target?

It does cover a large group and that's why I'm stuck! Having said that most of my customers are on the funky side, educated, well traveled and love a good joke. Actually most of them are 40 and over and very independant. They really appreciate a good clever line or double entendre. My shop is in Boston near several universities but I myself am earthy, take snobbery down to the ground but was raised European and I think my shop represents that. This is no easy task.
