A Good Name For A Convenience Store

What would be a good name for a convenience store? Something warm and catchy. It will be located in a corner of a neighborhood. It sells everything from canned goods to ready to eat snacks and drinks.

    Try

    -"Cornerstone convenience"
    -"Neighbours"
    -how about just your name ex: "john's Place" and make it the most friendly place for the neighbourhood to go for convenience shopping. keep your customers loyal with the way you service them.
    -"down on the corner"
    -"The Corner"
    "Ye ol' Corner store"

    the list could go on forever, what is your unique selling point?
