Name For A Website

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
Hello, I'm stuck and I know there are some brilliant people here.

I am making a website that is intended to be a short rss feed on some lifestyle / news / torrent / weather and so on websites.
I want it to be something like a content of the the day thing.

It is for non-english speaking users, so the name should be something that is internationally known or a simple English word.
The main problem is that the name depends on the domains available, because I want it to be known by it so users can easily remember it. The domains are ending in .net .eu .org .com

Another important thing is that i want it to be short and easily spelled.

I'd really like if it is build around the word BOX.

So far i tried - ibox and mybox, but no luck. And infobox and newsbox sound worn out and 24-7box.com doesn't look good. (and about rssbox - the ppl it is targeted to don't know what rss is, so i prefer to skip rss too)

Don't get yourself limited to the word box (as im stuck on it now), any ideas are appreciated - i just need it to be short, simple spelled and not worn out. The thing that I want it to communicate is - daily content, my space, links, all in one, homepage, one page.

I don't have competitors in this field so I can't provide such names.

Thank you in advance for your time :)

You haven't said WHICH non-English language you would be targeting with this service, which would have been helpful information.

But in any case there are many opportunities to register domain names incorporating the word inbox, if you just use your imagination.

Just remember, nobody had a clue what Google meant twelve years ago. With an appropriate marketing campaign and relevant budget over time (= enough time and money) you can make any word or phrase stick in a target audience's mind.

    bonjourinbox.com available
    checkyourinboxdaily.com available
    ciaoinbox.com available
    hellotodayinbox.com available
    inboxhello.com available
    inboxyes.com available
    lookinyourinbox.com available
    freshinbox.com available
    yeahbabyinbox.com available
    yesinbox.com available

    Hope that helps.
