    Where? What country?

    "[Cityname] Condominium Punctuation!"

What makes you different from, and better than, other furniture retailers in your area for this target audience? What's in it for your prospective customers to give you a chance at their business?

    thanks guys for your response.

The company will be based in the Philippines.
The difference of the furniture that we will be bringing in in the market would be fitted for condominiums.Very hip and young designs. Minimalist. We are carrying sofa, dining tables, chairs and some accent to your house. But mainly we would like to tap the our niche market which are the young couples who stays in condominiums.

Most of our competitors are setting it up like a flea market in the malls.Like its all over the place.

Help me give selections of taglines. a unique one for my new store.

Hope you guys can help me out.
    Thanks.

Because your target audience is a specific niche, it's critically important that you understand what their needs, values, attitudes and biases are when it comes to furnishing a condo. (I would argue it is always critical, but it's particularly so when the target audience is so clearly defined and delimited.)

If you have not conducted interviews or focus groups with some folks in your target audience, that's where you need to start. The challenge isn't so much to describe what you offer as to appeal directly to the greatest emotional need of your target audience. And to do that you need to ask them some probing questions and then listen carefully to their answers -- both for the substance of what they're saying and the underlying emotions and the words they use to express themselves.

When you have that it will be relatively easy and straightforward to come up with some great tagline options for you. Without that, we're just imagining what it might be like to be a young couple in the Philippines ready to furnish a condominium unit. Not a great position for someone trying to come up with your tagline!
