Retiring: I Would Like To Start Small Cake Busines

I have been making , creating and decorating cakes (I even taught it once) for many years for family and friends. I am due to retire soon from a fast paced public sector job and would like to start my cake business up again to help with my pension. I am stuck on what to call it, especially in today's 'branding' world. I would imagine the name would have to be catch, modern and memorable. Could someone help me out please with some suggestions?
