You have a real problem because your name is all about YOU, and not about the benefit your target audience can expect from you. The key in a tagline (assuming you can't change the name of the company) will be to somehow tie the why-you-were-born name into a benefit for the customer.

And the first step in this process is figuring out why anyone would want to hire you. What do you do that is unique or better than anyone else?

Also, FWIW, the idea of PLANNING isn't something most folks want to pay for. They want the event DONE, DELIVERED, and TAKEN CARE OF. Planning is just a necessary evil if you want something done in an organized way. Planning is HOW you deliver a perfect event, not the event itself or a real benefit in itself.

Net: You should probably rethink the name so it helps position your company the way you want it positioned. Otherwise you're counting too much on the tagline ... and it may not be possible to undo the damage from your name and communicate the desired benefit message in the tagline at the same time.

Note: MGoodman is right on about the name. I know it's hard to find a URL though.
