Help With Team Name

Requesting help on Team name and slogan ideas for 2 female real estate agents. We work Residential real estate and are not afraid to try new ideas. We work mostly in the suburbs and sometimes in small to mid-size towns in NJ. We have no problems handling sellers, buyers and rentals/renters. We both have a great passion for Real Estate and go out of our way to help our clients achieve their dreams. We would like to emphasize, that unlike the typical real estate agent who has been in the business for years and lost their "spark", we are passionate about pleasing our clients to the best of our abilities. We would also like to emphasize that our #1 goal is achieving their dreams, not to squeeze more money from them. Our names are Diana Germano and Silvana Calder. Any great suggestions would be truly appreciated.

    Let me clarify....Although many agents may just want fame, money and glory, that is not what we are about. Yes, we want to get paid for our hard work, but not to the detriment of our clients.
    We want to emphasize, compassion, trustworthiness and helpfulness. We don't just want to get a listing, stick a sign in the ground and wait for it to sell on it's own. We believe in trying new and different things to help promote listings to sell.
    We also strongly believe in maintaing consistent communication with our clients depending on their needs.
    I am in my late 40's and my partner is in her early 30's.
    We can appeal to traditional or non-traditional clients.
    We are both bi-lingual (English/Spanish). I prefer listings, my partner does not have a preference between sellers or buyers.
    I have checked the archives and although I liked some ideas, none really clicked.
    Hope someone can help.

    Thanks mdlugozima. I'm not sure about that one either. Would like it to mention homes, or something more specific to real estate.

    Do you think it's okay to use first names instead of last names?

    I like the In Touch Team so far.

    I can use it as a team name or a tagline.

    Germano & Calder, the In Touch Team
    or
    The In Touch Team (but then I need a slogan/tagline)
