So who is your primary target audience? Where do they live? What factors are important to them when they consider a furniture purchase? What unique benefit can they expect when they buy your furniture?

If the primary benefit they're seeking is comfort, then your name will need some serious explaining. "Sticks and Stones" are not exactly words that I'd use if I were trying to describe what I want from my easy chair or livingroom sofa!

Have you actually researched your target audience and determined what THEY look for when they buy furniture? What words do they use to describe the perfect furniture? It would really be helpful if we had the transcripts from those interviews as we consider your tagline.

Finally, what exactly are you trying to communicate in the tagline? If you can tell us that, we have a much better chance of coming up with something you can use.

How will you judge our suggestions? What are the criteria for picking a winner?

Thank you mgoodman for your questions. Allow me to clarify.

The types of furniture we're creating are tables, desks, bedframes, sideboards etc.

Our primary audience are professionals seeking signature pieces to enhance their live and work spaces. We've had great response at the trade shows we've done with comments like "best in show", "organic", "sexy", "bold, warm, sleek lines, tactile", "fusion furniture", "modern, contemporary". Our clients appreciate that each piece is custom and created with them in mind.

We are trying to create an ear-catching, memorable phrase that embodies our product, wood and concrete fusion furniture.

Finally, I will judge my decision based on the response each suggestion elicits from me.

If the criteria for picking a tagline is that it elicits a positive response from you, then I must ask the obvious follow-up question: Why do you want a tagline at all? What is it you expect the tagline to do for you? Do you think it will encourage people to buy your furniture if they might not otherwise have considered buying it?

Usually the tagline is to communicate some important benefit or end-benefit (i.e., emotional payoff) for your primary target audience, or to explain/expand upon the benefit suggested by the name.

In this case it sounds like the tagline is more for your pleasure or entertainment -- to elicit a positive response from YOU. If that's the case, we need to understand what kinds of words, phrases and thoughts you like.
