Luxury Brand Guidelines

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
Hi

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good example of a brand guidelines for a premium B2C luxury brand, i.e. Rolex?

I am aware of all the usual items one would expect to see, i.e. use of images, tone of voice etc, i am just curious to see what else is included for the brand I am looking at.

Many thanks

So what is your product? "LUXURY"?
You have to be very specific, tell us if its fashion, watches, luggage etc.
Tell us where, tell us how much you want to sell, tell us what is your budget...
There are no "guidelines" for luxury, there's only good branding and bad branding.

I cant say exactly what the brand is. What i can tell is that it is a customer service brand located in London which sits amongst pier brands such as Rolex, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Sunseeker etc

Selling is not really an issue, the exercise is more about documenting the exacting standards that are required.

Price is the main component of luxury.
