Need A Slogan For A Sales Employee Contest

Dear

I am in the process of developing a sales employee contest, in which our sales members compete to close the highest number of deal. they will be rewarded based on each deal they close.

I am looking for a motivational slogan that will motivate them to be part of this competition.

I am out of ideas, and would like you to help me with it

    Hi Nathaly

    In my opinion ,if you really want to motivate your sales employees to take an active part in this contest, what you should do is prepare a series of teasers for the contest. Put one up every week on the main notice board to build up the anticipation among the employees. next week take them one week further but dont reveal any significant details until the last week.

    You can use various ways to build up this anticipation. For example, first week put up pictures of some of the best salesmen and put a one liner as to whats common among them? Whatever is the prize u can build anticipation around that. Example : Do you know how much does a 4day/ 5 night trip for 2 at the hawaii costs? Dont reveal anythin until last week. Then on the last week post regular updates maybe alternae days and tell them about the contest. Thats when you will need a slogan righ tin the end. but if you have captured their attention in the beginning itself, You might not need to focus toomuch on the slogan alone.
