Name For New Salon

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am opening a new hair salon, and I need a name! I do NOT want a name that is cheesy, or has and kind of pun (ie: upper cuts, shear brilliance, etc). I was thinking of doing something with the location... It is downtown and the address is 645 Main Street. It will be an upscale, yet welcoming salon. Target market is 25-45 female. I want something that is unique, cool, and easy to remember/pronounce. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
THANK YOU

You might consider using the city name or some local reference (e.g., a landmark, historical site, etc.) as part of the name.

Or you could just go with a one-word, one-syllable name like "Glam" or "Snip!" If you do this, you then have a great opportunity to include your positioning benefit in a tagline.

BTW, what IS your positioning benefit?

Ya I like the one name idea... I have a friend who owns a salon in a nearby town called "Primp". I think that is cute. I'm also thinking about Beauty Mark. I like "645". "Main St Salon" sounds a little too generic. Thank you so much for the ideas, keep them coming!!!
