Tagline & Name For Private Chef School

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi there

I'm thinking of opening a private chef school. The aim of my business would be to use my professional cookery diploma and vast experience to teach staff that are already employed at companies. I would make guides and take them to the restaurants or even private houses (home executives) and teach them the basics and or advanced techniques of cookery. I think my company would work well where company's have staff that have been there for years and don't want to get rid of, but they need to learn the "new" methods of cooking and also staff that are paid minimum wages but need to learn cookery skills. I have been in so many restaurants/companies where staff are willing to learn because they dont know much about cooking. I need a name and some kind of tagline to the effect of "bringing cooking wisdom to your door" or "training while working" - something to that effect. It also needs to boast that the training will be done at the premises while the staff are at work as some businesses can't afford to send their staff out for training due to being short staffed etc. I also want to express that you learn more by being taught while practicing and seeing what you learning than from just reading from a textbook. I know that everything I learnt and as many people will probably agree, you learn more from seeing something done than you'll learn from a textbook. Thanks any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

I wonder if your target audience wouldn't think they need new skills, just new recipes to enliven their range of dishes. Be careful that your marketing follows the benefits they receive not the skills you offer.
