Need A Name For A Gourmet Desert/snack Concept!!!!

i am starting desert/snack concept, all the items are considered gourmet and very well knowen!!! i cant find a catchy name for it!!!

    Ok -- even Phil knows that a new business can be launched with the product a well-known one - lol! Your use of the word "concept" was likely misused in this case because a concept and product both cannot be widely recognized.

    If this is something like cupcakes or candies, use your name to describe as much. Appeal to your audience. Who's buying. Your name should reflect that as well as the product.

    And yes, get all the coverage and protection you need before opening your doors.

    Are you selling direct to consumers or to other businesses?
    Is the product considered "expensive/exclusive"? Healthy/nutritious? Affordable?
    What demographic buy this? Age? Gender? Etc.?
    Are you selling nationally, regionally, or locally?
