I have a client in realestate who needs a clever slogan without being cheesy. Any suggestions would be more than welcome.

    Who is your client's target audience? Why does he/she need a "clever slogan?" What's the objective?

    Make sure your client has thought through the whole marketing strategy and identified a narrow target audience before you start throwing "clever slogans" at him/her.
