Need Tagline For Rehabilitation Services

Can someone suggest a tagline for a business providing health and social care services to the elderly, mainly focussing on rehabilitation to regain their independent life.

    Where? What are you trying to communicate to your target audience? What's your point of difference? What makes you better than the other alternatives ... or better than doing nothing?

    Are the elderly you would serve the primary target audience for your message, or are there some "influencers" in the middle -- physicians, social workers, family, senior centers, etc.?

    We need to understand the target audience for the tagline, and your key positioning benefit, before we can create a good one for you.
