There's nothing wrong with your name: Luann Bradshaw Realty or Luann Bradshaw Properties.

There is nothing wrong with using the name that you go by- I would never view that as a sign that you were unprofessional. In fact, I ran a Google search and found multiple other real estate agents working for well-known successful real estate companies that are named Cookie. Rather than incorporate it into the company name, why not try to play it up in your slogan- ie: saying that you're "one tough Cookie," that you can offer "a taste of home," or you've got the "sweetest deals!" Something along those lines. Cookie is definitely a memorable name and I think you're smart to use that to your advantage. Also, studies have shown that the smell of baking cookies makes people feel more at home so maybe that's a good marketing tool! :) Good luck with everything!
