How about a name that makes sense to, and has some appeal for, your primary target audience?

So who are those folks? Where are they? How do they decide which recruitment company to retain? What's important to THEM?

The best names are those that resonate with the primary target audience. Instead of focusing on YOUR agenda, focus on how you meet THEIR needs better than anyone else.

We'll help you with the name, but you need to let us know who and where your target audience is, and what important and unique benefit you provide for them -- expressed from THEIR point of view.

Great thanks - One of the biggest customer needs identified in the entire market for recruiting is recruiting the right person for a job, not necessarily only the qualified skills the person might have obtained along the way I.E. is the candidate's culture fit (DNA fit) the same as the company - I.E> Honesty, Empathy etc...

By looking at experience as well as personality (drivers of personality) for a job fit is a recipe for retention in a position so the key differential would be that by placing the right people with both skill and personality fits would result in retention in a position for longer.

So the target market is broad.

    Hope this helps...

Suggestion: Start with a more limited target market and make sure you can penetrate that market before spreading your marketing effort across a broader audience.

You are much more likely to achieve success if you focus on a narrow audience ... where you actually have a shot at a 100% success ratio. And it will cost you a lot less than trying to reach the whole world with your message.

How about one industry and one geographic area for starters? If you can nail that one, then you can add another industry and/or another city/region/country after that.

And the more targeted your name is the better off you'll be with your initial target. After all, you want them to understand you're perfect for their needs. It's hard to be perfect for anyone if you're generic enough to be almost-right for everyone.
