Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

2 new realtors (moms in their 40's) in a heavily saturated market are looking to capture female market (power of the purse). Most realty niches (except this one) have been taken. We thought we'd play up the fact that we are girlfriends and will cater to other women. We want women to know that we are there for them...will give them good advice and like a good girlfriend will tell them if their jeans make their butt look fat ;) We want to play to the emotion of sisterhood (yaya & traveling pants), women empowering women. Any thoughts on this strategy? Also, what would be a good name/tagline? We were thinking something like Girlfriend Realty or Realty Chicks (too flip?) We want something that's personable, yet professional.
