Name Of A Dental Office

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am looking for a name for my future dental office. I don't want the typical boring name (Dr. XYZ Dental, Beverly Hills Dental, etc.) I'm looking for something cool, short, memorable, new, hip, different...something that stands out! I recently came across FLOSS and thought it was a great name for a dental office. Any ideals???

I think you might want to tell us what you're looking for. Otherwise we'll be suggesting things that are all over the place, only to learn that "it's not what I'm looking for."

Who is your primary target audience? Where?

Naming concept: Bright. The word bright has two meanings that both reflect well on your dentistry practice. Bright, as in a white (light) smile. Bright, as in smart dentistry.

    Options:
    Bright
    Bright!
    Bright Dentistry

These names have legs - you can grow the practice locally, regionally, nationally - without limitations by the name.

If/when you choose to sell the practice, the name will be an enterprise asset.

How are you judging these suggestions? What criteria will you use to pick the winning name?

I worry that you haven't thought it through, so we're all off on a fool's errand trying to guess what you want.

Can you at least give us the core of a Creative Brief so we know what we're trying to do?

As for not doing something that's specific to a location, why not? It's not like you're going to be taking patients from all over the world. What's wrong with incorporating the location that's local/familiar to your primary target audience?

I'm not sure I understand the purpose of this drill. Can you help shine some light on the task? What are you trying to accomplish, and how will you know when we get there?

I gave it some thought and I'll try to do a better job in explaining...

I'm a GP dentist and I'm planning to open a practice soon (and hopefully few more after this one...who knows, maybe I'll open many more and become a big corporate dental -- ie: Western Dental, Bright Now, but different...better :)

Since I have hopes of expanding, I don't want to associate the location/city with the name for the very reason Doug brought up in the earlier post.

I want a name that's cool, fun, new, hip...that's going to fit the practice. I want a hip, energetic, young, modern practice and I want a catchy name that reflects it!

    thx
