Need A Name And Tagline For Cleaning Business.

I am exploring names for my new cleaning business. The business primarily will clean vacant apartments after tenants have moved out. As of now I have Capital City Cleaning, but am wanting something different. So I thought I'd turn to the great marketing minds for help in search of a new name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Why do you want "something different?" What are you trying to communicate with the name? How will you decide which of our suggestions to use? What are the criteria for picking a winner?

    What is it about "Capital City Cleaning" that you don't like?

    What is your competition in the area? Are there any commonly known issues with cleaning companies? I mean, do rental property managers have any common complaints about cleaning companies? Or for that matter, what are their complaints about former tenants?
    Perhaps address these concerns in your tagline and positioning.

    City Square Cleaning Services
    Speedy Cleaners
