    the major process giclee.
in addition to that i have a section of create your own giclee. you can upload your images or personal pictures and they will choose a model from the website and we will reproduce their image or pictures on canvas or on aluminum or on plexi depends what they choose.
but in general it is a giclee but funkier and more into popart

    thx

OK. So let's define the primary target audience. Who are they? Where do they live? What are they doing/buying now? What is their most important unmet need that you can satisfy? Are they teens out shopping for "something funky," or are they artists looking for a new medium, or are they grandparents looking for a great gift for their children/grandchildren?

Tell us about the audience and the unique benefit you provide for them. This is NOT about your product. It's about the benefit your customers want that you can satisfy.

    ok.
    the major benefits are:

    1) You can reproduce any painting you like and it will be printed on quality canvas sheets and quality high res printing, and finished with acrylic gel. the finished print will look 90% as a true oil painting.therefor you don't have to ask a painter of copying a famous painting for you where he will charge you lots of money.

    2) you can transform any camera taken picture to a painting also by printing it etc...

    3) you have the option of placing your print on canvas, perplex, or frame.

    4) the prices are low and will cost much more cheaper than authentic painting and it even more precise.

    5) also we can customize any painting and change its colors to suit the decoration.

    my target audience is:

    1) Interior designers: they are my top target audience , because once i can satisfy all their needs ( whether the house they are decorating is modern or classic style and also they have the option to customize the colors of the painting to suit the room colors.) once i can satisfy this audience, we will boost our sales and insure that every designer who buys once from us will always choose our product.

    2) home owners any age: paintings are one of the most important decorating item in the house and in every house you find paintings. also this art is not linked to any age anyone can like paintings and print art so we don't have a specific age target.

3)Galleries: they buy paintings and show it in their galleries and furniture stores and they will resell it and make profit.

    4) funky and classic art lovers: our variety includes funky art and illustrations in addition to pop art prints for many musicians and bands members, whether it is sinatra , ray charles or jim morrison or madonna and MJ. So our variety targets both funky modern and classical lovers.

i hope this is clear and answers your question. thank you for your time.

    We're getting closer, but ...

... the benefits you cite are mostly not benefits at all. They are features, or descriptions, of your product. Benefits are the ultimate emotional payoff for your target audience. A benefit might be "it will make you feel proud of your home and your decorating skills," or "it will make home decorating easier for you," etc. And low-cost is usually not a benefit in-and-of itself. It's a feature.

... you have too many target audiences. You'd be much better served to focus your efforts on one of the segments you mention -- perhaps interior designers -- and do a really good job with them, rather than trying to serve multiple audiences with different needs.

And even within the interior designer audience, you probably ought to limit your efforts to a well-defined geography. There are too many of them in the whole world to be able to really deliver the benefits to them all.

Hope this helps. We'll work with you to zero in on a target audience and a benefit-oriented positioning for that audience. Once you have those, the name and slogan will be almost automatic.

i see, that was harder than i thought but you are 100 % right.
i believe one benefit summarizes everything we need.
    If let's say:

    the major benefit is:
" you can create or find the right painting for the right decoration"
after all this is what end users and interior designers look for .
after thinking about it once we target end users and interior designers we get automatically galleries and others.
so this benefit fits specially the interior designers who look for colors and theme that suits the place they are decorating in addition to that they can create the theme they want and they find suitable.

so to summarize it my major benefit i offer is:
you can create the right painting ( colors and theme) that you are looking for.

    and the target audience are
    1) interior designers
    2) normal people who are searching to buy a painting for a room or more.

    am i close? :)

Jay's suggestions are really good and would seem to be on-target for the interior designers audience. (How does he always seem to hit the nail on the head like that?)
