Maybe you can narrow your focus and specialize in just one market segment, so you can position and name your shop just for that segment. Focused and targeted names are most effective.

Tell us more about who your best customers will be. What do you know about what they buy, and where they shop, now? How do they decide where to buy clothing? Why should they shop at your boutique? What makes you different from, and better than, the other shops in the area?

I agree with the above comments and questions.

To add: How is the tourism of the area? Would your clientelle be comprised of a majority of tourists or would you cater to the locals? If tourism is big, you should consider a name that would attract the tourists. Tourists spend money!!!
What district is the shop in? Perhaps put the name of the district in the title.
Is the cost of living in Abuja high? Think of names that speak to high class and wealth.
