I Need A Tagline For Reiki Business

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am in the process of having postcards printed for delivery. Rather than put the name "Rejuvenated" on the front, I was thinking of going with a graphic and a tag line that would entice a person to read the back of the postcard. We will be offering Reiki, CCMBA, and Axiatonal Alignment - all energy based, balancing techniques.

Since many people are not likely to know what those techniques are, I would suggest using the KISS method when it comes to your wording.

Maybe say something big and bold like: Balanced Energy.
    or, Energy Based Balance.

Then in smaller font have the exact techniques you've referred to above. I think people are going to focus more on the front if it is color, so maybe use the front to say "Rejuvenated" and also the "Energy Based Balance" then use the back to note the specific techniques and also include "Rejuvenated" and "Energy Based Balance" on the back as well. You may even want to speak to the most common reason people would use this. For example, if the most common reason your customers use your techniques is "trying to regain balance with older age" - then speak to that on the card by possibly printing that question on the front with something like:
FRONT OF CARD: Trying to regain better balance with older age?. Energy Based Balance.
BACK OF CARD: Rejuvenate with Energy Based Balance. With age we lose balance, use your energy to regain it. Call to find out more. etc....

Your current customers are your biggest indicator of what your potential customers will be.

"Energy balance" isn't a benefit unless/until you're educated about this stuff. You're better off promoting the benefit -- rejuvenation. I'd also keep the communication very simple and direct. A few words -- no more than 3 or 4 -- and a striking image. Then add your contact information, and you're done.

Skip the jargon. Nobody knows or cares if their axiotonal alignment is working or not, or if their CCMBA is really an MBA or not. Stick to a simple benefit that humans will understand. You can teach them more after they ask how you work your magic.
