Mobile And Stationary Spa Name

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hello Everyone!
I need Help! I'm starting up a Spa business that will concentrate on waxing, manicures, and pedicures, plus Glitter Body Art. I want my Business to be able to go both mobile and stationary.
I need the name to be:
1. Short
2. Concise
3. Fun and Funky
I would also like some slogan ideas to go with it and how I can work it into the brand name. I want it to be memorable and I need it to be able to relay the message of fun, flirty, relaxing, and I want people to think I want to try that out.
All ideas are welcomed and appreciated.
Cheers and Smiles,
kate

    Nice business idea.

To help you come up with the perfect name for it, we should probably know more about your target audience -- the people who will pay for your services. Where do they live? What are they doing now for spa services? Why might they try your service? What unique benefit do you offer?

If you've already interviewed several prospective customers, look at your notes and see what words they used to describe their needs and attitudes. Those words will likely resonate with them, so we should try to include them in the name and tagline.

If you haven't interviewed them, you really ought to before you commit fully to making this business a success. You'll be amazed how much you will learn. After all, if you delight them they'll come back for more. And if you disappoint them, they'll spread the word and your business will die a quick death.

Don't skip that step any more than you would skip the business planning step. They're both very important. And they should both precede the name. Let us know what your target audience said, and we'll do a great job on the name for you.

Thank-you all so much for your great responses. I'm being inspired even more :)

In response to mgoodman. I have interviewed clients and asked them what they would think of having a mobile spa. They love the idea of a mobile spa. As we live in rural northern alberta and we do not have the perks of living in the city. Many people here do not get the chance to go from one small town to the next and majority of our business are spread out over 4 towns. Our business do not usually overlap one and other either. Therefore if you do not have a mode of transportation to get there as there are no buses or taxi service in the country then you are out of luck.
My current clients have also said that they would be willing to pay a higher price if I go to there houses and offer a spa party essentially. Give them a chance to hang out with all their girl friends drink some wine and enjoy the evening. My unique benefit by far is that I'm willing to travel to them. I'm currently in the process of trying to get certified to do facials and If I can obtain that I will be the only one within 1.5hrs that will do facials as well. My prices are completive with our closest city for all the services I offer. I do charge a transportation fee If Im going for 3 or less people and all my clients thus-far have not had a problem with this. They say the connivence of not having to get a sitter and find a way there is worth my small fee.
The most popular service that I will be doing by far is waxing and speed manicures. When I go to trade shows and evens in the area it will be Body glitter art (glitter tattoos). I will be able to generate a large part of my spa income from this service just doing this 6 or so times a yr at events.
    Hope this helps :)
    Cheers
