My Friend Gave Me Her Cleaning Business!! Help!!

My very good friend has decided that she is getting on a bit to much now to keep up with her business. She established it 3 years ago and does office/residential, alot of her customers are fairly frail and elderly. SO she has given it to me!!!i have been a care assistant in the past but have been an obsessive cleaner for years, so i accepted with open arms.
I would like a name that incorporates cleaning/caring together, the fact no job is to big, and i will take pride. i did think maybe the name should be "Pride", but wasn't sure. just some advice would be nice and gratefully received. thanks. oh my name is amy if it helps...

    She is basically shutting the business down from week on monday, and i am starting new with her old clients. We are writing a contract up that states that she has given me her clients but i will start the business as new, i would like to expand, take on staff etc eventually. but i want her clients to know that they are my priority and no matter what happens in the future they are safe. I am quite scared as this is all new ( apart from the cleaning). as for caring, yes i mean in the friendly, chatty, cleaning side of it, not putting people to bed or bathing them... thanks for the advice, keep it coming lol
