Bookkeeping Business Tag Line

Hello,

I am looking for a tagline for my bookkeeping business. The name of the business is Paper Chase Bookkeeping. We provide freelance and outsourced bookkeeping services and QuickBooks set-up, training and support services to small (25 employees or less) local area businesses. I would appreciate any help you could provide. Thank you.

    Julie, the tagline needs to communicate an important and unique positioning benefit that will resonate with your target audience. What is that benefit? Why should they hire you instead of another firm in your area?

    A complicating factor: Your name is 2/3 useless. The only word that is working for you is "Bookkeeping." "Paper Chase" may be memorable (especially for lawyers), but it doesn't really say why someone might want to hire you instead of another bookkeeper. You might want to include some explanation in the tagline.

    Maybe there's a reason why you chose that name that is escaping me. Can you help?

    Finally, it may make sense to include some reference to your city, neighborhood or geographic area in the tagline, so people will know you're local and share their values, understand the community, etc.
