A Unique Name For A Township In Asia

I need suggestions on a name for a township in Malaysia. The concept of the semi-detached houses is that there is a lot of glass and green. They are promoting natural light and fresh air. The name has to be unique and exotic and not too western.

    I have some knowledge of life in Malaysia. Could I suggest 'Sempurna Sentiasa'. You can reverse the word order if you prefer a more grammatically correct name.

    thanks, that was helpful. Do you have anymore suggestions? it doesn't neccessarily have to be in malay, but it can't look too close to the english language either.

    With the ever-increasing sense of national identity being generated in Malaysia, I'm not sure that an English name would be approved without an argument. If you are still negotiating with authorities, that is a situation you could well do without, as it may be counterproductive.
