Real Estate Team Needs Name And Tagline

New real estate team being formed in South Central Wisconsin, one man & 2 women. We need a catchy name and tagline. Our initials are U, V,A. Is UVA Sunshine Real Estate team too corny? What about a regional area name like South Central Wisconsin Housing Team? Too Long? Do you have any creative name ideas and possible branding ideas to go along with that?

    UVA doesn't help to explain who you are and what you can do for others.

    As for a name, why not simply "South Central Wisconsin Realty"?

    I like Jay's suggestion. I also think a name like Sunshine Realty could be fun...I could see the signs now. Or some that convey Wisconsin...
